Kristy Aguirre

Kristy Aguirre began her dance career in Fresno, CA in 2006 under the instruction of Ely Buffin of the Anaka Dance Company. Ely Buffin specialized in traditional dances of Morrocco, Algeria, and Saudi Arabia, often incorporating a theatrical presentation. In 2009, Kristy began studying American Cabaret Belly Dance with legendary Belly Dancer “Cory Zamora. As a “Zamora Dancer,” Kristy started her professional career as a belly dancer for hire and began instructing beginner belly dance lessons. Zumba is her happy place!
