Court Reservation Policies

At Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club, we take pride in the quality and consistency of our services. The court reservation policy below is a simple guideline to help us offer the same quality of service to each and every one of our valued members.

• All available courts may be reserved up to 3 days in advance. We start accepting calls at 8:00 am. You may also show up in person to reserve a court. You may only reserve one court at a time, i.e. you cannot get two courts in one phone call. You must call back to reserve another court.

• Reserved courts are always booked on 1 ½ hour basis regardless of singles or doubles. Reserved courts can only be reserved for the following times: 6:00 am, 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm, & 7:30 pm.

• When no more reservable courts are available, members may be put on a waiting list. If a reserved court is canceled, the Pro Shop will contact the member immediately.

• A reserved court becomes open after 15 minutes if the party has not checked in at the Pro Shop. Please arrive on time if you’ve reserved a court or you may lose the court.

• If available, walk-on courts will be assigned for 90 minutes if the court is not reserved at the next standard reservation time. For example, if you and your partner show up at 2:00 pm, you will be able to play until 3:30 pm unless someone has previously reserved that court at 3:00 pm.

• For Flex League participants, you may pay a $15 flat fee for a season if you can play your matches during non-primetime (noon-6:00 pm). A maximum of 5 home matches are allowed per season and you must provide your own balls. Please sign up in the Pro Shop if you choose to do this. Any flex league match played during primetime hours will be charged a $15 per guest fee. Flex league non-prime-time hour matches may be reserved at any time for two hours. If you are playing Flex doubles in Flex League, both you and your Flex League partner must be club members.

• All members are welcome to take clinics or lessons, but only tennis members may use the courts for personal use.

• Ball machine court may only be reserved for 30 – 60 minutes. Ball machine court may be reserved for the same day or the following day. Children under 14 are not allowed on the ball machine court unless previously approved by a Pro and supervised by an adult.
